A hotel room reservation will be made at the AC Hotel Durham for you for 2 nights. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any fees that accrue for incidentals and additional nights.

Hotel Confirmation and Roommate: 

Hotel confirmation and roommate information will be sent 2-3 weeks before the course date by iVista Medical Education. All inquiries and changes in reservations should be directed to iVista Medical Education at [email protected]

Scholarship Travel Stipend:

Your $400 stipend will be available after the meeting with valid proof of general session, reception attendance and completed of W9 or W8 form.

Cancellations:

Any changes/cancellations for meeting registration and/or hotel rooms must be made through iVista Medical Education. Room reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours before arrival to avoid financial penalty. This applies to all attendees.
