Hotel Reservations:

A hotel room reservation will be made at the Georgian Court Hotel located at 773 Beatty St. Vancouver, BC, Canada, for you for 2 nights, checking in on Thursday, April 25, and checking out on Saturday, April 27. Please note that you will be responsible for any fees that accrue for incidentals and additional nights.

Double and Single Rooms:

There is no charge for hotel rooms that are shared for this course. If you prefer a single room, you will be responsible for a total payment of 1 night at $219.00 CAD per night + 17.5% tax.

Hotel Confirmation and Roommate:

Hotel confirmation and roommate information will be sent the 2-3 weeks before the course date by iVista Medical Education, Inc. All inquiries and changes in reservations should be directed to iVista at events@ivistameded.com

Scholarship Travel Stipend:

Your $500 stipend will be mailed after the meeting date with valid proof of general session and reception attendance and completed of W9 form and provided NPI number if applicable. Only fellows traveling more than 60 miles will receive a travel stipend.

Cancellations:

Any changes/cancellations for meeting registration and/or hotel rooms must be made through iVista Medical Education, Inc. Room reservations must be cancelled by April 12th to avoid financial penalty. This applies to all attendees.
